Discovery Workshop & Root-Cause Analysis
A 'brutally honest' look at what's working, what's not without consideration for internal politics, 'how we've always done things', or typical progress stoppers. Let's first be honest about what is happening - no judgement or bias.
Now that we we agree on the "What", let's focus on the "Why". Identify systems leaks, redundant fees, and other causes to the less-than-desirable results.

Strategic Procurement
We gather and your data for a strategic RFP process across a curated slate of vendors. No meeting with various sales people, no back-and-forth with data requests. The only vendors that are invited to provide proposals have passed our multi-point criteria set or 'table stakes' set by Rethink OPEX. All proposals are carefully evaluated and considered to ensure they can solve the root cause identified previously, are transparent and free of any hidden fees, and are competitively positioned.

Only then, an executive summary is prepared and one recommended solution is presented.

Contract and Implementation Oversight
Now that we have found a "Winner", Rethink OPEX will help guide you through the complex contract negotiation including fee adherence, expectation and service guarantees, and contract exit friendliness.

After contract, comes Implementation. Full support in data migration, configuration support and first payroll/invoice audit. Also, full support for all employee-facing education, support, and enrollment.
